ocean's twelve review

i like danny ocean. i don't like rusty ryan. i liked ocean's eleven. i didn't like ocean's twelve.

the film wasn't great. at all. they tried to "re-create the magic" as dthey say, but didn't quite succeed. there were bits and pieces that didn't add up till the end, which genuinely pissed me off. ocean's eleven had that element of surprise too, but at least while watching the film, you thought you knew what was happening. it was well gripping. in ocean's twelve, i hadn't a flipping clue of what was going on. waste of money and time, me thinks. i liked the garcia fellah. as well as the chinese who fits beautifully in the hand luggage.

there were some really cheesy bits, like julia roberts playing herself, and the bruce willis encounter. to give due credit, some bits were particularly funny. but ocean's eleven was better.
